Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all HR related issues in the facility, including staffing, building and maintaining employee files, and new hire orientation
- Prepare, process, and submit payroll data for facility
- Establish and maintain accounts for all payables for the facility (A/P)
- Recruiting
- On-Boarding
- Employee Relations
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of HR, AP and Payroll experience
- Strong time management skills required to handle and process multiple tasks for the facility
- Working knowledge of common office machines is necessary
- Strong PC Skills required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
Must have Covid vaccine or exemption letter.
