What are the responsibilities and job description for the LVN for Monday- Friday 6-2 position at Waterton Healthcare and Rehabilitation?
The Waterton Health and Rehabilitation is looking for the BEST Partners in long-term care.
LVN Job Duties:
- Plans and delivers nursing care to patients requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.
- Responsible for ensuring that the highest quality services are delivered in a customer-service-friendly environment.
- Perform all duties in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.
- Complete Medicare and follow up documentation on patients
- Monday-Friday Charge Nurses are required to take call every 5 weeks (Friday-Sunday)
Qualifications:
- Must have current LVN license in Texas (or multi-state compact)
- Have a "Customer Service" attitude
- Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
