The Waterton Health and Rehabilitation is looking for the BEST Partners in long-term care.
LVN Job Duties:
- Plans and delivers nursing care to patients requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.
- Complete Admissions
- Complete skilled charting, Assist with shift documentation
- Assist with completing skin assessments
- Assist Charge Nurses throughout shift
- Assist Management staff with other duties as assigned
- Help with front door
- Responsible for ensuring that the highest quality services are delivered in a customer-service-friendly environment.
- Perform all duties in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Must have current LVN license in Texas (or multi-state compact)
- Knowledge of the admission process (forms, assessment)
- 2 years of long term
- Have a "Customer Service" attitude
- Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
