Description
The Echo Technician / Ultrasound - Vascular Technologist performs ultrasound and vascular diagnostic studies and maintains appropriate documentation. Will also cross train in cardiology procedures. This individual performs in accordance with hospital standards and policies. Operates under minimal supervision. Under the general guidance of the physicians/providers performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasonographic procedures.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred.
- Degree, diploma or equivalent by an accredited Diagnostic Imaging program required.
- Licenses: ARDMS – Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or registry eligible.
- Minimum one year previous diagnostic imaging experience required
- CPR (AHA Healthcare Provider) at hire or within 60 days
