Qualifications
Education:
- Associates of Science Degree in Nursing
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing
Certification:
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse licensure
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
- Current ACLS certification for HealthCare Providers or within 6 months of hire
- Current PALS certification for Healthcare Providers or within 1 year of hire
- Trauma experience including current TNCC certification for HealthCare Providers
- Pediatric experience including current ENPC certification for HealthCare Providers
- Current NIHSS Certification
Experience:
- Three years current Emergency Room RN experience in an Acute Care setting
