Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory. You will be tasked with lead generation, territory management, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in your assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on territory sales initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or territory management is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales, including technical products or services.
- Strong background in customer service and retail sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Compensation:
