About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Watertronics. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various components and sub-assemblies to meet tight tolerances and inspection requirements.
- Use a variety of hand tools to assemble and modify components and sub-assemblies.
- Perform sandblasting and paint prep operations for various metallic and non-metallic components.

- Operating a variety of precision measuring instruments and gauging devices to ensure quality and accuracy.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee must be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Requires 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Required education generally equivalent to a High School Diploma.
- Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings.
- Requires good oral and written communication skills in the English language to interact with and provide work direction to other employees.
