About the Role
The Production Craftsman at Watertronics is responsible for fabricating and assembling various components and sub-assemblies to close tolerances and strict requirements. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products.
- Use a variety of hand tools to assemble and modify components and sub-assemblies.
- Perform sandblasting and paint prep operations for various metallic and non-metallic components.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee must be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Requires 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Required education generally equivalent to a High School Diploma.
- Requires mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings.
- Requires good oral and written communication skills in the English language to interact with and provide work direction to other employees.
