Description
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, assist in preparing the production schedule, coordinate work efforts, advise if staffing or materials issues will negatively impact scheduling. Coordinate with customer service to communicate changes to schedules. Align materials, engineering, and production efforts to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

Requirements
Education and / or Experience
Communication Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization from individual employee to ownership / executive team.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to create Gantt charts, conduct reverse planning, and perform quick estimates on dates and rough timelines.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply problem-solving skills to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
