The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling workers to ensure that the company's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled.
Staffing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Determining the company's staffing needs and developing a staffing strategy.
- Preparing work schedules and ensuring staffing requirements are met.
- Ensuring that all staffing decisions comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assisting with employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintaining daily staffing reports and providing weekly updates to management.
- Reporting scheduling issues and job vacancies to management.
- Coordinating with payroll to verify staff details and working hours.
- Assisting human resources with daily activities as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Staffing Coordinator Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1 year of experience as a staffing coordinator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of staffing trends and best practices
- CNA certification is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to efficiently manage people and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
