Join our team at Fifth Star Care Management as a Traveling Admissions Coordinator, supporting admissions across our three skilled nursing facilities. This unique role offers a blend of remote work with the opportunity to connect in person at our facilities.

Location: Flexible (Primarily Remote with Travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities)

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for admissions inquiries, ensuring a seamless and welcoming process for residents and families.
  • Coordinate admissions across our three skilled nursing facilities, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, fostering a strong network of partnerships.
  • Travel to each facility periodically to meet residents, families, and staff, enhancing the admissions experience.

What We're Looking For

  • At least a high school diploma, two or more years of college preferred.
  • Previous experience in admissions, healthcare, human services, public relations, social services or customer service. Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Admissions and Public Relations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
  • Willingness to travel to facilities as needed.
