Location: Flexible (Primarily Remote with Travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities)
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for admissions inquiries, ensuring a seamless and welcoming process for residents and families.
- Coordinate admissions across our three skilled nursing facilities, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Collaborate with facility staff to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, fostering a strong network of partnerships.
- Travel to each facility periodically to meet residents, families, and staff, enhancing the admissions experience.
- At least a high school diploma, two or more years of college preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, healthcare, human services, public relations, social services or customer service. Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in Admissions and Public Relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Willingness to travel to facilities as needed.
