Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Nurse Unit Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our Long-Term or Short Term Unit.
- Provide professional supervision, guidance and direction to staff in both clinical and personnel issues.
- Work closely with our Interdisciplinary Team to ensure that our residents' needs are met.
- Develop and implement plans of care that promote rehabilitation and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy.
