We are looking for a dental receptionist to join our team! We are a new office and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and update medical administrative systems
- Assist with medical records management and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Provide exceptional patient service and ensure a positive experience at the front desk
- Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical administrative support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus

Pay: From $20.50 per hour
