Job Description :
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for the night shift. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our residents / patients.
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents / patients with daily living activities, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Assisting in transferring or repositioning residents / patients as needed.
- Assisting with meals and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Documenting resident / patient care in accordance with facility guidelines.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents / patients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment.
