What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Waterworx Car Wash?
Daily oversight and operation of the self service/express car wash employees and equipment. Daily and monthly paperwork, along with monetary oversight and management. Manager is also expected to meet daily goals in regards to labor and sales statistics. This is a salaried position that requires 40-45 hours/week. 2 days off every week(Sunday and one other week day).
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- employee training/development
- tunnel monitoring
- customer engagement
- calling vendors
- overseeing maintenance
- overseeing operations
- engagement with district manager
- promote the business
- light maintenance(can be trained to do this)
