This job assists and supervises a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to deploy baristas to a certain location
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple situations simultaneously
- Ability to manage resources to ensure that established service levels are always achieved

- Convey new product information and details to partners.
- Train and prepare partners to demonstrate entire Starbucks client service standards, star skills and operating standards.
- Expect as well as encourage complete participation of partners to develop store goals plus develop plans.
- Resolve all partner complaints as well as concerns.
- Provide continuing performance feedback.
- Provide Starbucks “Service Experience” constantly for each customer.
