As a Breakfast Supervisor you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service that is a hallmark of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention makes guests feel unique and staff feel valued.
Responsibilities
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring associates perform in accordance with standards and consistent with the properties core values.
- Assist with luggage, assist special guests with requests and resolve guest complaints.
- Engage guests to offer assistance and to check on satisfaction.
- Be aware of and communicate guest service scores to drive improvement and higher guest satisfaction.
- Recognize repeat guests and anticipate needs based upon breakfast preferences.
- Monitor and order supplies or food items and restock as necessary to maintain inventory.
- Responsible for set up, tear down, and continuous stocking of continental breakfast.
- Ensure food is properly stored in designated containers and storage areas and meets food handling standards.
- Will clean breakfast area, to include the tables, floors, dishes, etc.
- Wear a uniform up to property standards and name tag at all times on property.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Other Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous food and beverage/culinary experience required or equivalent training.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have good communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests.
- The ability to lift, pull and push up to 20 lbs. is necessary.
- Dependable with reliable transportation and the ability to work an early morning schedule.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
