Duties/Responsibilities:
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Generate and reconcile invoices for delivery loads
- Communicate with drivers to ensure delivery accuracy and timely dispatch
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Support the administrative needs of the office
- Experience in office reception, administration, etc
- Proficient using a 10 key and reconciling/balancing accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new computer programs and software
- Paid time off
