We are looking for a Lead Generator to knock doors in neighborhoods we already serve well (Mason). You don’t need to close sales and you don’t need to know anything about heating and air conditioning. Just set an appointment for an A/C tune-up or for a system replacement consultation and our experienced sales team will do the rest. Plus, we have “smart-knocking” technology to save you time – only talk to qualified homeowners.
Flexible hours, great summer job for motivated college students! Easiest hours to book appointments are evenings and Saturdays, but you set your hours.
- Base pay
- Commission for appointments set
- Commission on jobs sold from your leads
- No commission cap, protected territory
Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods Door to Door in the suburban areas between South Dayton and Northern Cincinnati
- Ask homeowners about their current HVAC company
- Set appointments for homeowners for routine maintenance or a replacement consultation
