• Lead & Mentor: Guide team leads and technicians through performance reviews, growth opportunities, and skill-building.
• Training & Development: Help organize hands-on training sessions and maintain our skills matrix to keep our technicians at the top of their game.
• Inventory & Pricing: Partner with team leads to manage part numbers, flat-rate pricing, and service inventory policies.
• Quality Checks: Ensure monthly truck, parts, and tool inspections are done—and stay on top of your team leads’ inspections, too.
• Schedule Optimization: Work closely with dispatch to streamline daily routes and respond to escalated customer concerns.
• Technical & Sales Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and sales guidance when field technicians need backup.
• Problem-Solving: Handle disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary, ensuring everything is in line with company policy.

• HVAC Expertise: Significant experience with residential and light commercial HVAC, including installation, repair, ductwork modifications, and troubleshooting.
• Universal EPA – Required for ensuring compliance and safe handling of refrigerants.
• NATE or Equivalent Certifications in Air Conditioning, Gas Heating, and Heat Pumps.
• Proven Leadership Skills: You set the tone, and your team looks up to you for guidance.
• Strong Work Ethic: Be reliable, hands-on, and ready to tackle any challenge.
