What you will do:
The Service Manager plays a vital role in overseeing technician training, scheduling, field support, customer relations, and inventory management. Collaborating with Team Leads, the manager organizes and implements technician training, ensuring all technicians are properly equipped to handle the latest industry standards.
The Service Manager works closely with the customer service team to optimize scheduling, balancing customer satisfaction, profitability, drive times, and technician capabilities. Regular coordination with office staff ensures efficient daily schedules, while ongoing training enhances overall scheduling effectiveness.
Lastly, the manager supports purchasing and inventory by assisting the parts specialist with part selection and compatibility. This multifaceted role ensures smooth operations and a high standard of service delivery.
Who you are:
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- 3 year in field Service Technician preferred.
- Understanding of advance principles of air conditioning, heating, boilers, geothermal, and oil.
