Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will administer the daily functions of the HR Department including hiring and onboarding staff, administering pay, benefits, leave of absence and tracking training and development.
Duties
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining and creating files in the payroll and HRIS platform, ensuring the accuracy of all personnel information.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Utilize HR software for data entry and employee record management.
- Assist in employee meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure company policies are compliant.
- Conduct employee onboarding, coordinate and track training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience in Human resources of hands-on experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Payroll experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and employment labor law.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
- Proficient in using HR software such as payroll and HRIS systems.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
