Are you ready to drive incremental sales through innovative program management? Watkins Wellness seeks a dynamic and motivated Sales Programs Manager to join our thriving team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of sales programs designed to drive incremental sales within the Watkins Wellness portfolio of brands. As a key team member, you'll report directly to the Director of Strategic Accounts and play a pivotal role in identifying and executing sales opportunities that drive both top and bottom-line results.

  • Be the Program Architect – Transform our key sales initiatives by strategically managing the Masco Employee Purchase, Friends and Family Purchase, Seconds & EMP sales, Home Show & Fair Assistance, and Volume Accessory Programs. Your expertise will shape these programs into powerful sales drivers.
  • Create Real-World Results – Turn strategies into success stories by executing targeted B2B and B2C sales activities that build meaningful connections with our channel partners and sales teams. Your actions will directly boost our revenue and expand our market presence.
  • Unlock Hidden Opportunities – Use your analytical superpowers to identify program improvement opportunities that others might miss. Your data-driven insights will modernize our sales approaches and create that perfect Trade-in/Spa Value Guide that dealers trust for accurate information.
  • Pioneer New Possibilities – As our portfolio grows with exciting additions like Sauna360, you'll be the visionary who integrates new products into existing programs and crafts innovative sales approaches that capture new market segments.
  • Drive Smart Resource Management – Your strategic oversight of program budgets will ensure we're investing in high-impact initiatives that maximize returns while maintaining financial responsibility.
  • Learn & Teach on the Go – Execute up to 5-10% travel to include dealer conferences, sales meetings, channel partner and customer visits or other business as directed by Watkins.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or 5 to 7 years related experience specific to sales and/or promotional program development and management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient user in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Must be able to prepare presentations, graphs/charts, and able to link data between various software programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, organized and detail oriented. Ability to effectively present information to customers, co-worker groups, supervisors, managers, or higher-level executives.
  • Experience with business systems such as Navision, WorkDay and BPC.

The employee must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Hiring Range: $82,000 - $128,810.
