Customer Services Representative Support

Position Summary :

Provides daily support to customer inquiries regarding Watlow products and / or services.

Functional Contribution (Contribution Matrix) :

  • Routes questions to the appropriate person
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn
  • Adheres to policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Uses business tools as intended

  • Demonstrate knowledge with Microsoft Office and other computer systems

  • Provides excellent customer service

  • Creates positive and enthusiastic team environment

Skills, Abilities and Mastery (Responsibility Matrix) : Services :

  • Receives inquiries and complaints regarding Watlow products and / or services.
  • Investigates and resolves a variety of problems.
  • Generate orders, create standard quotes, credits to bills / orders, etc.
  • May go to customer's website for correspondence and confirm, change or cancel the orders.
  • Champions activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Track shipments, orders, reworks, etc.
  • Planning :

  • NA Business Partner :
  • Advocates for the customer Center of Expertise (COE- See Disciplines)
  • Root cause analysis
  • Product knowledge
  • Customer Service (CS) tool knowledge
  • Sales Office Administration Education, Experience and Certification Requirements :

  • High-school graduate / GED
  • Preferred Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or related experience (1-5 years)
