About the Role
This position is responsible for assisting in the product installation and start up, troubleshooting, and technical support of the product at the customer site.

Services:
- Troubleshoot basic installation issues
- Participate in practical problem solving
- Run equipment
- Perform minor maintenance
- Collect data to analyze and validate equipment corrective actions and improvement
Center of Expertise:
- Certification level I, internal certification process
- Basic mechanical and technical aptitude
- Basic electrical component understanding
Required Qualifications
- High-school graduate/GED
- Preferred Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or related experience (1-5 years
