Job Description
Summary :
As a Baker Distributing Technology Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and optimal use of Baker's technology solutions for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting customer needs, implementing Baker technology, resolving customer issues, and providing comprehensive training to both customers and Baker employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Baker technology.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Offer prompt and effective technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Sell the value of the electronic business solution to the customer, making sure to include key customer leadership in the review.
- Consult with key customer stake holders, including but not limited to sales, finance, IT, credit, and executive personnel as necessary. (Based on the recommended technology solution)
- Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using Baker technology.
- Develop and deliver training programs for Baker employees to enhance their technical knowledge and customer service skills.
- Create and update training materials, user guides, and other educational resources.
- Track report on successes and obstacles.
- Promote changes and modifications as necessary, including changes / updates to Baker's offerings and suggestions from customers for modification to the same.
