Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Work with Management & Team to set concrete strategies and milestones across all goals and initiatives.
- Work closely with our Contractor Experience & Distributor Champions to build out special programs & promotions.
- Oversee our marketing initiatives & vendors to build the brand and drive leads to our distributors.
- Aggressively drive results and set priorities with our critical vendors (web traffic / usage, social media, advertising, video production, graphic design projects, etc.).
- Target Top 3 Competitors (Bosch, etc.) and roll out aggressive marketing program to sell against them successfully.
- Manage direct reports : Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
