Watson Chevrolet is currently seeking a proven Finance Manager in the auto industry to take the next step in their career. Only top performers will be considered for the position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained efficiently and correct with each transaction and fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Make sure deals are in accounting in a timely manner and are billed before end of day.
- Ensure CSI is at or above group average
- Work with lenders to obtain best possible financial packages for the dealership
- Set and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
- Review daily monthly and yearly forecasts
- Maintain F&I sales and penetrations at acceptable levels
- Stay current with product knowledge
- Maintain a competitive attitude and never lose sight of a productive team spirit
- Maintain CIT’s to a minimum (preferably zero)
- Safeguard all customer information
- Assist when necessary other finance producers with customer’s needs
- Interface with sales professionals for relationship and training opportunity
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Two to four year college degree preferred
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Consistent and stable work history
- Professional appearance and work ethic
