What You’ll Do:
Investigate customer complaints, pinpoint root causes, and drive corrective actions.
Manage product returns—inspect, test, and document to ensure smooth processing.
Keep customers in the loop with clear, proactive communication.
Work closely with Quality Assurance and Production teams to improve product performance.
Track and analyze complaints and returns, providing valuable insights to management.
Develop innovative strategies to improve the returns process and enhance customer experience.
