Part-Time Retail Security Guard
We are looking for a committed and vigilant part-time Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the safety and security of our retail environment, personnel, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain order and provide a visible security presence.
- Monitor and authorize the entry of vehicles and individuals onto the property.
- Identify and address unauthorized persons on the premises.
- Respond to alarms by investigating and evaluating the situation.
- Provide assistance to customers and staff in need.
- Prepare and submit reports detailing daily surveillance activities and any incidents.
- Inspect and maintain security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure proper functionality.
Skills:
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and protocols.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and management strategies.
- Previous military experience is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance techniques and equipment.
- Understanding of loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
