Seeking experienced Apartment Manager. The successful candidate will have Excellent Customer Service, both verbally and written, and knowledge of apartment maintenance. The candidate needs to communicate professionally and effectively with past, future and present tenants, vendors, other apartment managers, Office Manager, Executive VP, the owner and their Corporate representative. The candidate must be a team player in assisting with projects at two other complexes as needed.
