We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to support our real estate team. This is a part-time, flexible position, with weekly hours varying between 15 to 29 hours based on workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing campaigns, including social media management, digital marketing, and content creation
- Design and manage graphics, page layouts, and promotional materials
- Handle photo management and data input as needed
- Maintain accuracy and discretion in all marketing and administrative tasks
- Learn and adapt to agent in place systems and help to maintain excellent customer service
- Work both in-office and remotely as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-starter with excellent writing, design, and computer skills
- Proficient in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and graphic design software
- Quick learner, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude.
- Prior real estate marketing or assistant experience preferred, but no license required
