Job Summary:
As a Fulfillment Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized stocking of tables and products across various departments. Your responsibilities will include handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., collaborating with a team, maintaining attention to detail, and caring for plant materials by watering, pruning and dead heading. This position reports to the Fulfillment Manager
Position Responsibilities
Stocking and Organization:
- Efficiently stock and organize tables and product displays across different departments.
- Ensure products are accurately placed according to inventory management guidelines.
- Rotate and restock items to maintain a fresh and appealing presentation.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to accomplish daily tasks and achieve team goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to coordinate stocking activities and address any issues promptly.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily stocking and organizing responsibilities.
- Perform physical tasks with attention to safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
Detail-Oriented Approach:
- Pay close attention to detail when organizing and arranging products to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and customer-friendly display.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct any discrepancies in product placement.
Plant Care:
- Take responsibility for the care of plant materials within the assigned areas.
- Water plants according to a predetermined schedule and ensure their overall well-being.
Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a neat and organized shopping environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product location and availability when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
