What are the responsibilities and job description for the Metal Fabricator position at Watson's Portable Welding?
Watson's Portable Welding - Shop Fabrication workers needed. Join a small growing company with room to advance. We need experienced workers and leaders that are ready to work. The Wilmington area is growing and structural steel is being installed and repaired all around. We need more personnel to keep up. The ideal candidate can weld and fabricate from drawings or build on the fly. We pay based on experience and capabilities. Pay is every Friday, 8 paid holidays plus 5 paid days off per year* to start. We work 7:30a to 4:30p M-Th, 7:30-2p F; overtime is optional, but not demanded. We are a small business with our worker's safety and happiness at the top of our list of concerns. Within 90days, you will go through an OSHA10 Construction Training, be assessed of your skill set, then we'll sit down and set a short and long term professional plan for you. We need fabricators to help in our small shop using standard tools to fab everything from a simple angle clips to heavy equipment repair.
