Our Web / Digital Merchandiser supports effective digital merchandising programs and strategies by selecting and merchandising products on Watsons.com focused on achieving marketing and sales goals.
Job Duties :
- Collaborates closely with product buying team to ensure that online product catalogs are designed and maintained accurately on site
- Maintains product descriptions, specifications, digital assets and categorizations
- Performs daily analysis of website performance, including product and category performance and visitor data
- Stays current on SEO best practices for product level merchandising, collaborating with marketing team and outside partners
- Owns all aspects of the products (visuals and written descriptions) for merchandising
- Coordinates with marketing team to execute campaigns and seasonal merchandising with an appropriate mix of products across 20 campaigns each year
- Helps define & drive consistent customer experience from “digital front door” to brick & mortar retail environment
- Participates in site testing and updates
