Description
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

Utilize MIG and/or TIG welding techniques to visible parts of the furniture and the unseen structure.

Cosmetically grind steel assemblies.
-
Assist in jig and fixture set-up.
-
Perform and hold others accountable for maintenance of welding torches and machines.
-
Maintain an organized tool board and use appropriate PPE and safety awareness.
-
Perform daily maintenance and cleanup of machines and work area
-
Train Weld operators
-
Lead the Weld team by example and encourage efficiency.
-
Ensure the safety of your designated area and the team members present.
-
Escalate production concerns to Management when appropriate.
-
Work in and with other departments as needed.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
-
Manufacturing experience required
-
How to work in a required sequence to ensure alignment of the production schedule.

Is expected to have proficiency in MIG and TIG Weld techniques
-
All other procedures and policies as assigned by production leadership
