Title : Accountant, Family Office

Location : Iselin NJ area

Salary – To $110k plus bonus

Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Overview

Accountant role opening with a prestigious, stable and growing Family Office based in Middlesex County, NJ. CPA with 3-5 years of accounting experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close, reconciliation of internal accounts, and financial statement preparation for investment holding entities, trusts, and foundations
• Review monthly, quarterly, annual reports
• Review daily bank and brokerage account cash activities
• Oversee the reconciliation of investment activity
• Oversee bank and brokerage account activities
• Review cash flow projections.
• Provide supporting documents for annual financial audits
• Prepare pro forma and other financial reports
• Lead special projects for Senior Management
• Partner with high-net-worth individuals and families with the utmost confidentiality
• Provide a high-level of personal financial services to high-net-worth individuals and families
