Job Summary: Edge Electric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet all quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. This role requires a strong ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and manage various aspects of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives are clearly understood and met.
- Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, personnel assignments, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve project outcomes and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Provide clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
- Manage and review detailed project documentation and reports.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
