The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role will demonstrate knowledge of products and sales policies regarding customer questions. The representative must be computer savvy in responding to customers via phone, email, or chat and using production and sales computer applications.

- Answer customer's queries via phone, email, chat, or in person regarding new and in-process orders, deliveries, terms, order changes, complaints, and other related matters.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Assist the sales team with starting and sending customer quotes on products ordered.
- Receive and enter purchase orders into the sales computer application.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participates in team meetings and training sessions.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work on office equipment.
- Working in an office environment.
- Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- College degree or equivalent training
- 1-3 years of customer service experience or working in a sales environment.
