As the Associate Account Manager, you will work onsite in Escondido, CA, reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. You will serve as a dedicated liaison for our customers, offering technical product guidance and top-notch service. In a fast-paced environment, you will maintain relationships with current accounts and seek opportunities to expand our customer base.

You Will :

  • Engage with customers via phone and email to understand needs and recommend products.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing accounts while seeking and securing new ones.
  • Analyze installation scenarios to customize product offerings.
  • Collaborate with plumbers, contractors, electricians, and security professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Maintain a proactive work schedule through daily calls, emails, and tracking performance against sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and new product launches.
  • Address customer concerns promptly, investigating issues, proposing solutions, and coordinating with management as needed.
  • Uphold professional and technical proficiency through regular training sessions and networking.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the designated database.
  • Work cohesively with team members to achieve shared objectives, providing assistance as needed.

You Have :

  • Associate's degree a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience in sales and customer service (preferred).
  • Proficiency with computers, phones, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM databases.
  • The expected hourly range for this position is $22 - $24 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

    Physical Requirements :

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and / or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include : close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Work Environment :

    Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
