Watts Steam Store – Hotsy Industrial, a Singer Industrial Company, is searching fora motivated and results driven Outside Sales Representative in the Tucson area. Singer Industrial is one of America’s largest Industrial Distributors with a North American footprint of approximately 100 locations with over 1,400 employees. Watts Steam Store product portfolio includes pressure washers, waste oil furnaces, misting stations, industrial cleaning equipment, hydraulic and metal hose.
Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can work independently and as part of a team. Territory and product line(s) offer a broad range of selling opportunities, limited only by the effort expended. To be successful the right candidate must be known as (or become) a reliable resource for your customers and not just an “off-the-shelf product”. Applicant must be equally comfortable in an office setting as well as in the field with end users.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
· Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking within the assigned territory.
· Work with inside sales team to service and grow existing accounts.
· Manage accounts by understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively addressing client inquiries.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
· Implement sales strategies.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
· Meet sales revenue and profit goals.
· Open and develop new markets.
· Communicate and resolve customer issues.
· Routinely travel to customer locations within sales territory.
Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interaction with clients at all levels.
· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently in the field.
· Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred but not required.
