As a CNC Machine Operator on our CNC Manufacturing Team, you will operate lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality parts, monitoring multiple pieces of equipment for consistency and accuracy. This is an onsite position reporting to the Production Supervisor, where you will collaborate closely with fellow operators and quality assurance teams.
You Will:
Operate CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) equipment including lathes and milling machines.
Monitor multiple CNC machines and other auxiliary equipment.
Perform machining tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
Check and document product specifications as determined by Quality Assurance and the Supervisor.
You Have:
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
Experience using calipers, micrometer, microscope, and other measuring tools.
Experience reading a blueprint
Basic math skills.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
