As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a team of maintenance technicians responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of machinery, equipment, and systems. Working within a manufacturing environment, you will ensure reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain safety and compliance standards. Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, your role will involve hands-on leadership, technical expertise in hydraulics and electrical systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Work Environment
Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.

You Will
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including high-voltage and control-voltage circuits.
- Manage the maintenance of hydraulic systems, ensuring pumps, valves, and actuators function correctly.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and reduce emergency repairs.
- Lead the team in identifying root causes of issues and developing long-term solutions to improve equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and machine guarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts inventory, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with production and engineering to resolve equipment-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, downtime, and performance metrics for management review.
- Participate in planning and executing capital projects and equipment upgrades.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and control voltage.
- Expertise in hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a maintenance team, including training and performance management.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
- In-depth understanding of industrial safety standards and practices.

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
