We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Public Safety team as a Public Safety Cadet. In this role, you will work closely with our uniformed officers to provide protection and services on campus, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff.
Your responsibilities will include supporting law enforcement efforts, conducting regular patrols, and responding to emergencies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in interactions with students, staff, and the public.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to handle sensitive and confidential information, have a valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and pass a comprehensive background check investigation.
