We are a small manufacturing business in Wauchula, FL. We make Eco-Friendly household products from start to finish.
Business hours are from 8am-4:30pm.
Job Title: Liquid Batcher/ Production Associate
Debut uses Liquid batchers to produce household goods for our customers' orders. This essential job uses best manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, and important methodologies to create perfect mixtures of customer formulations. A liquid batcher uses mixers, conveyors, raw materials, and measurement tools to achieve perfect outcomes every time.
- Associates must have the ability to work quickly to perform tasks.
- Associates will be responsible for reviewing production schedule
- Forklift and pallet jack operation is NOT required, but a plus, for material movement/storage. We will train and certify those interested in forklift usage.
- Frequent lifting, movement, and repetitive tasks.
- Sufficient in completing processes while adhering to quality standards ex Capping, labeling, sealing, filling, packing out and batching .
- Equipment operation, cleanliness and safety.
- Raw Materials identification.
- Verification and recording of Material Batch Lots.
- Timely waste compacting and removal from work space.
- Preparing minor ingredient blender batches, bulk product, bulk bags, Labeling, Storage, and handling.
- Timely notification of material, equipment, and process issues.
- Understanding product flow from mix to fill.
- Meeting daily production needs. -Daily expectation: Batching Team = 80 batches with a 3 person team.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 -$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
