Schedule Details: Day shift, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Hours 6 AM to 6:30 PM
What You Will Do:
Works in collaboration with the RN OR operations coordinator to ensure smooth operations of scheduling cases, workday flow, and closed loop communication. Responsible for confirming appropriate charges are entered for patients. Collaborates daily with materials coordinator, billing department, vendors and staff to ensure efficiencies.
You will also answer phones and page call staff and physicians when needed. This position is accountable for contributing to smooth daily interactions with all stakeholders (doctors, nurses, techs, assistants, students, and ancillary departments) at the control desk
What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Strong Medical Terminology
