As an LPN at Trilogy, you'll contribute to patient assessments, administer medications, and perform routine lab tests. You'll also educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
What We're Looking For
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure prior to hire date.
- High school diploma or GED.
