Special Events Coordinator
The Waunakee Public Library is excited to announce a new position for a Special Events Coordinator, starting in January 2025. This dynamic new role will focus on marketing the library as a venue for private and public events, such as parties, conferences, and community gatherings, while ensuring seamless coordination of these events.
The Special Events Coordinator will work with potential clients and oversee event planning, client communication, and facility preparation, working to establish the library as a sought-after destination. Ideal candidates will bring experience in event planning, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a passion for community engagement.
This part-time role offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, starting at 24 hours per week, with a starting wage range of $21.40 to $22.48 per hour.
