Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with experience in various settings such as hotels, hospitality, and industrial cleaning. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residents rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available.
• Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain the appearance of floors.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as hotel or hospitality services.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, custodial practices, and industrial cleaning standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
