- Participating in WF's 6-S Program (housekeeping) to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Utilizing process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs) to optimize equipment performance
The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance-related fields, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key skills required include welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication/fasteners, blueprint reading, power transmission repair, and machine repair.
