Qualifications Experience / knowledge of the following :
- Food production and service
- Experience in food production and service in an institutional setting preferred
- Food safety / HACCP
- USDA child nutrition programs
- Nutrition services equipment use and care
- Computer and cashiering skills
- Must work effectively and cooperatively with co-workers, school personnel, and students
- Basic math, computer, and e-mail skills
